REGISTRATION, PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND PRIVACY
When registering with the Site or subscribing to products (magazine) ("Products") or services, users must provide accurate and complete registration information, in particular their email address. Notifying Haymarket any of changes to this personal information is the responsibility of the user. Each registration or paid subscription is for a single user only. Users may not share their name or password with another person or allow multiple users to log into the Site using their credentials. Users are responsible for all use of the Site made by themselves or anyone else using their credentials.
Haymarket will automatically log all unauthorized or attempted duplicate user logins. If you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Haymarket reserves the rights to apply additional user charges or terminate your account without prior notification. PAID PRINT MAGAZINE & ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
There is NO refund for termination of subscription. Subscriptions products cannot be exchanged for different ones. Claims over two months for undelivered copies/past issues will not be entertained.
ONLINE AND EMAGAZINE ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Account activation is usually made within two working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays) from date of confirmation of payment.
Users may subscribe to the Site's Email Newsletters. The use of the content in these newsletters is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
